- We follow a 7-day return policy. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date in case you are willing to return the product. A pickup from your shipping address will be arranged from our end.
- No cash shall be refunded for any product. You will get equivalent store credits in your Cinocci Account, which you can use to make subsequent purchases with The Cinocci in future.
- The products need to be unused and the tags have to be secured on the product.
- Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse a return. Please take adequate measures while trying a product and preserve its condition. Any product with stains marks or any other marks will not be favourable for a return. A product won’t be accepted without a tag and a bill.
- A new piece will be dispatched as early as possible, in case a damaged piece is received.
